1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Forwardly (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Forwardly. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You may sign up using email, Google, Apple, or use guest mode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Forwardly offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro at $9.99/month and Premium at $19.99/month). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refund requests are subject to the applicable app store's policies.
5. AI-Generated Content
Forwardly uses artificial intelligence to generate course content, flashcards, quizzes, and coaching advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Forwardly is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional instruction, certification, or medical advice. You should verify critical information independently.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no uploading harmful or illegal content, no attempts to circumvent subscription restrictions, no abuse of the AI generation system for prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Forwardly app, brand, logo, design, and software are owned by Forwardly. AI-generated course content created through the App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish AI-generated curriculum content without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Forwardly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forwardly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
You may stop using Forwardly at any time. You can delete your account from Settings within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.
